Painting homes in Lower Merion

Lower Merion covers a lot of ground and a lot of housing eras, and much of it is older, larger, and more detailed than average. Stone exteriors with painted trim, deep window casings, and interior millwork worth treating carefully are all normal here.

On homes like these the difference between a good and a bad paint job is almost entirely in the detail work: how cleanly the trim meets the stone, whether the sash still opens afterwards, whether the profile of the moulding is still readable or slowly getting buried under coats. That is slow work and we quote it as such.

Interior work on trim and millwork is a large part of what we do in Lower Merion, along with exterior trim, windows, doors, and porches.
